My "North South Flowers" collection celebrates the remarkable variety of New Zealand’s landscapes — from rugged alpine mountains in the South to the dramatic coastal beauty of the North. Each silk scarf g beautifully combines the various shades of both island mountains with stunning flowers, creating a wonderful language without words. The Quiet Spirit of the Southern Alps

I created a journey south to the Southern Alps, where delicate alpine flowers flourish among some of New Zealand’s most dramatic landscapes. A combination between the Penwiper, with its soft white flowers and silvery foliage, and the Mount Cook Lily, one of New Zealand’s most remarkable alpine flowers brings a sense of purity and beauty to the collection.
When I paint these flowers, I am inspired by their relationship with the mountains — delicate yet enduring, peaceful yet full of character.

The Vibrant Spirit of the North

From the mountains of the South Island, I travel north to the coast and the brilliant Pōhutukawa, often called New Zealand’s Christmas tree.
For me, the Pōhutukawa captures something very special about New Zealand — the joy of summer, the beauty of our coastline and that feeling of belonging to a place you love.
